1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Wakanda HRM & Payroll (“Wakanda”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a cloud-based human resource and payroll management system. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.


2. Services

Wakanda HRM & Payroll provides software services including, but not limited to:

  • Human Resource Management

  • Payroll Processing

  • Employee Records Management

  • Leave, Attendance, and Reporting Tools

The features available may vary based on your subscription plan.


3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Wakanda is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.


4. Subscription and Payments

  • Access to Wakanda HRM & Payroll is provided on a subscription basis.

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with system performance

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.


6. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of your organization’s data.

  • Wakanda only processes data to provide the agreed services.

Upon termination, you may request a data export within a reasonable period.


7. Service Availability

While we aim for high availability, Wakanda does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakanda shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding subscription period.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if payment obligations are not met.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Wakanda operates.
